Upon registration or before your first withdrawal, you will be required to submit verification documents, including a clear copy of your Indonesian national ID card (KTP) or passport, proof of address dated within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence), and a selfie photograph holding your ID card next to your face.
Verification typically takes 1-24 hours during business days (WIB timezone). Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of account registration may result in account suspension. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposits, where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. The maximum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.000 per transaction, with a daily limit of Rp 200.000.000.

All sports bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant sports governing bodies. You may close your sitoto account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance.
